The world has been moving fast. Your body has been keeping score. Rooted & Rising: In Full Bloom is a seasonal dream space for those who are ready to slow down, come back to themselves, and claim what they've been building toward. Taurus season grounds us in pleasure, in worth, in the slow and steady work of becoming. This gathering honors that energy.

Through grounded dialogue, guided visualization, and imaginative journaling, you'll leave with more clarity about what you're claiming for yourself, your work, and the life you're creating.

This space is for you if:

• You've been in survival mode and are ready to feel your body again

• You're navigating a transition and need a moment of community and stillness

• Something is being born in you and you want to tend to it

• You simply need space to breathe with other Black women and women of color

Transformation brings forth new selves that are manifested whether the world around us is ready or not. In transition, we are delicate. Trying to grow and evolve into a version of ourselves that our previous circumstances couldn’t hold. New and precious things need protection and devotion to continue to grow.

Boundaries come in to offer us protection in the moments that our new self confronts our old self. In that liminal space between what was and what will be, we get to set up the right relationships, environments, and resources to support our evolution toward our highest and most divine selves.

Join the Rooted Reclamation community (Reclamation Circle) for a guided workshop on boundaries. As Aries season begins, we move from vision to protection. From imagining the future to guarding it. If you joined us for Ring of Fire, this is a continuation to support the transformation you’re calling in.

This time we gather to explore:

• understanding where you’re still performing instead of relating

• resetting our relationship tothe idea of boundaries

• guided practices for self-sovereignty and self-trust

For people in transition.
For creatives redefining their work.
For leaders restructuring their relationships to power.
For anyone becoming.

Navigating Collective, Political, and Personal Loss and Change

Grief is everywhere right now. Not just in our private lives, but in our headlines and our systems. We’re mourning the deaths of icons, witnessing mass layoffs disproportionately impacting Black + Brown women, and the erosion of safety for queer and immigrant people under creeping fascism, compounded by histories that we’ve never stopped mourning. On top of that, we each also mourn quieter losses: belonging in workplaces, a sense of home, relationships, and our former selves.

As we approach the season of “gratitude” and reflection, I wanted to offer a supplemental alternative: a communal pause for release, remembrance, and reclamation called Becoming Again. Join me for an evening of reflection and ritual designed to help you move through the ache and toward renewal.

This workshop holds grief as both personal and political: as evidence that we still care, still feel, still dream. It’s a sanctuary for Black and Brown women and femmes to name what they’re shedding and explore what transformation might be possible through release.

During our time we’ll explore:

• The many shapes of grief—personal, ancestral, systemic, and seasonal

• Collective witnessing, care, and creative release

• Practices for holding grief without collapsing under it

• Rituals to metabolize emotional weight

This is a free virtual retreat. Donations are welcome. Come as you are: weary, curious, undone, tender. Together, we’ll find breath again.

I’m thrilled to return to Luminary, a NYC-based women’s empowerment and co-working community, where I’ve partnered over the years as a sponsor, speaker, and community member.

This time, I’ll be sharing my story Reimagine Your Path: Embracing Change in Your Career and Life—a Mentor Moment about my transition from lay-off to liberation. We’ll explore the uncertainties, pivots, and possibilities that come with career and life change. This is a space to ask anything, reflect deeply, and connect with others on the journey.

Free for Luminary members + my extended community.

Rooted & Rising: A Transformative Dream Space for Envisioning Bold New Futures is an offering to pour into the community that has poured into me in this year of transition and transformation. Together we can cultivate the space for us to witness one another in the same loving away as generations before. We can create a healing space that allowed us to have our current and future realities acknowledged, supported, and celebrated. Black women, women of color, and gender expansive folks of color have a unique capacity to create in impossible circumstances. We make a way out of no way. This time, rather than investing our energies into making a way for brands, businesses, political parties, or cultures outside of our own—that are so willing to ditch us when they’re not in dire need—we get to invest in ourselves and our communities in ways that will outlast oppressive structures and regimes. We are limitless beings that are able to tap into an ancient and divine power to calling in our empowered, rested, and abundant futures.

Rooted & Rising is a part of the Reclamation Circle - a seasonal, small-group coaching experience curated for Black women, gender expansive folks of color, and people of color to gather in community, reclaim rhythm, and co-create visions for rest, leadership, and liberation.

Whether impacted by family loss, major life transitions, compounding global tragedies, or seasonal and time shifts, we are each processing complex emotions while trying to move through our day to day. With the “cheer” of the end-of-year holidays approaching, it can lead us to isolate in order to protect and comfort ourselves. Join Leslie Stevens, transformational coach and culture consultant, for a coaching community conversation to hold space for catharsis, connection, and courage for Black and Brown women who want to navigate this season with care and grace.

During this conversation, we covered:

• Explore what and why of holiday grief and isolation

• Cultivate insights on how to honor your relationship with the end-of-year holiday season

• Share tips on how to combat feelings of loneliness.
