On Wednesday, August 12, the Leo solar eclipse asks us who are you when no one's watching, and who are you performing for? Eclipses conceal before they reveal. Leo rules visibility, self-expression, and the courage to be seen. This eclipse season wants us to notice where we've been performing okay-ness, performing the version of ourselves that keeps everyone comfortable, instead of living from the one that's aligned with the future we say we want.
Join us Rooted & Rising VI, a guided release and dream space for anyone ready to set down the performance and meet themselves without the audience. Together we'll create space to:
Name where and why we've performed for approval instead of alignment
Root into and reclaim the self that exists underneath the performance
Rise into a version of visibility that doesn't cost you your truth
What we'll experience virtually:
✨ Grounding Meditation — Settle into calm through ancestor wisdom and breath, letting go of who you think you're supposed to be.
✨ Reflection & Connection — Be witnessed in community as you name where performance has stood in for presence.
✨ Guided Visualization — Step into the version of you that doesn't need an audience to feel worthy.
✨ Imaginative Journaling & Visioning — Let the honest self take up space on the page.
Rooted & Rising VI is offered by Rooted Reclamation, a multidisciplinary practice cultivating coaching, community, and culture-shifting experiences for those living at the margins of systems not designed for them to thrive.
Led by Transformational Coach Leslie S. Stevens, this session creates restorative, liberatory containers for Black women, femmes, and queer people of color to return to their values, reclaim self-trust, and re-envision futures of care and impact.
