About Us
Rooted Reclamation is a multidisciplinary collective offering coaching, facilitation, culture strategy, and operational consulting for those navigating burnout, transition, and isolation. We serve Black women and femmes, queer folks of color, and neurodivergent dreamers ready to reclaim their voice, realign with their values, and build lives and work rooted in self-trust, imagination, and liberation.
Led by Founder Coach Leslie S. Stevens, Rooted Reclamation supports professionals, creatives, and entrepreneurs who are ready to reimagine homogenous industries and workspaces by reconnecting with their values, reclaiming self-trust, and reshaping their vision for impact. Through 1:1 coaching, curated community experiences, workplace culture strategy, and operational execution, we create space to unpack the burdens of white supremacy, capitalism, perfectionism, and other systems of oppression—so you can make room for clarity, care, and what’s next.

We guide Black and Brown professionals, creatives, and entrepreneurs—especially women, femmes, queer, and neuro-spicy folks—through coaching, community care, culture-shifting facilitation, and operational strategy. Together, we reclaim narratives, reimagine futures, and root into more liberated ways of living, leading, and being.

At the heart of this work is the S.O.L.O. Method—a cycle of Stillness, Openness, Loving Kindness, and Ownership. Born from lived experience and 5+ years of coaching in tech, this method helps clients reclaim self-trust and root into liberatory ways of being. Whether you're navigating burnout, reimagining your leadership, or rebuilding after rupture, this methodology invites you to pause, listen deeply, expand your vision, and move forward with intention and care.
This method honors the cycles we move through when we’re reclaiming our voice, recovering from isolation, burnout, and invisibility, and reimagining our path forward. Whether you’re navigating a transition, rewriting your relationship to work, or longing to trust yourself again, the SOLO Method offers a grounded, liberating path forward. It’s not about fixing—it’s about returning to yourself.
I have been formally coaching for 5 years, but have been a source of empathy and reflection for colleagues, peers, and leaders throughout a decade-long career. My coaching style is informal. I focus on allowing clients to tap into their authenticity and capacity for self-trust more than adherence to a norm or standard that wasn’t created with their needs in mind. I prioritize values of empathy, transparency, care, and safety in coaching engagements and guide all coaching engagements through the ICF Code of Ethics. Reclamation Circle Events
Workshops - Mini-Retreats - Facilitated Learning Events
I create virtual and in-person spaces for connection, reflection, and collective imagination. These events bring together women, Black women, and gender-expansive folks who are navigating transitions, seeking renewal, or reimagining the next chapter of their lives.
Each gathering is rooted in care, creativity, and community. Whether online or in-person, the focus is on slowing down, building trust, and opening space for shared vision. These aren’t one-off workshops, they’re intentional rituals designed to deepen resilience, strengthen belonging, and cultivate the courage to reclaim our own paths.
Event Highlights:
🔹 Rooted & Rising mini-retreat brought together participants across time zones to imagine new futures, reframe solitude, and build confidence in their own capacity to dream.
🔹 The Sisterhood Gathering in Mexico City combined circle practice, rituals of release, and shared meals to repair connection and deepen bonds of community.
