Credentials
I have been formally coaching for 4 years, but have been a source of empathy and reflection for colleagues, peers, and leaders throughout a decade-long career. My coaching style is informal. I focus on allowing clients to tap into their authenticity and capacity for self-trust more than adherence to a norm or standard that wasn’t created with their needs in mind. I prioritize values of empathy, transparency, care, and safety in coaching engagements and guide all coaching engagements through the ICF Code of Ethics. These aren’t one-off workshops, they’re intentional rituals designed to deepen resilience, strengthen belonging, and cultivate the courage to reclaim our own paths.
