Credentials
I have been formally coaching for 4 years, but have been labeled over a decade long career as empathy and mirror for my colleagues, peers, and leaders to dive deep into creative solutions and their biggest dreams. My coaching style is informal. I focus on allowing clients to tap into their authenticity and capacity for self-trust more than adherence to a norm or standard that wasn’t created with their needs in mind. I prioritize values of empathy, transparency, care, and safety in coaching engagements and guide all coaching engagements through the ICF Code of Ethics.
